EmpowerMX FLEETCYCLE® MRO Manager
The Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) Manager application is the FleetCycleŽ Suite tool that complements the premier FleetCycleŽ execution tools to provide a comprehensive solution for maintenance repair organization (MRO) activities. MRO Manager adds operation-specific functionality to the strong execution base provided by FleetCycleŽ Production Manager and Line Manager to create a powerful tool for management and reporting of MRO operations.
The MRO Manager application has modules available that:
- provides for development of an optimum
capacity plan,
- executes the contracted bill of
work (BOW),
- provides background processing of
business rules and analysis of detailed performance data
to support real time decision making in response to dynamic
conditions, and
- integrates the billing process with
the execution process to ensure accurate capture of all
Bill of Work costs, and
- produce invoices and related documentation
for each assignment.
As the MRO solution, MRO Manager provides compliance with industry standards and best practices while supporting regulatory rules. It produces the complete documentation of work performance and billing support required by airline operators from third-party maintenance suppliers.
