Enabling Lean Six Sigma for Aviation MRO Operations

– Aircraft operators in the private and public sectors
and third-party maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) suppliers
are initiating Lean Six Sigma programs in response to reliability,
quality, environmental and cost challenges confronting maintenance

the foundation of Lean Six Sigma programs.
