Sinex Aviation Technologies Announces
New CEO
DULUTH, MN, June 29, 2005
– Sinex Aviation Technologies Corporation announced
today that its Board of Directors recently accepted the resignation
of CEO John A. Miller, effective at the end of the company’s
current fiscal year on June 30, 2005. Miller stated “I
have never been more optimistic about this company and its
potential. We have persevered through the most difficult financial
times in the history of the airline industry. In spite of
that, our customer list is impressive and growing and includes
Southwest Airlines, FedEx, Air Canada Technical Services,
Continental Airlines and US Airways.” After providing
leadership to Sinex Aviation since its inception, Miller has
decided to pursue other business interests.
The company simultaneously announced
that Sinex Aviation Technologies Board member Greg Sandbulte
will assume the role of CEO, also effective June 30. Sandbulte
has most recently served as CEO of Northeast Ventures, a regionally
focused venture capital firm.
