EmpowerMX provides software and consulting services that revolutionize
the processes of planning, executing and reporting aircraft
maintenance activity. The EmpowerMX FleetCycle®
suite of software applications,
in combination with advanced internet and web-browser technology,
allows airline maintenance professionals to use any internet-enabled
personal computer at any location to track detailed task data
from maintenance stations in real-time. Intelligence gathered
with this system provides an accurate, timely basis for dramatic
improvements in the efficiency and integrity of maintenance
processes and the forecasted availability of aircraft.
EmpowerMX consulting services
are offered in two key areas: information technology and aircraft
maintenance operations. Our information technology specialists
provide services in the development of maintenance information
system specifications, integration requirements, application
program interfaces, software product development and customization,
security measures and other aspects of system design and performance.
Maintenance operations consultants provide expert advice on
the development and implementation of maintenance, quality
assurance and reliability programs. Training programs and
seminars addressing specific maintenance program topics are
also offered.

One initial focus for solution development has been in the
area of execution
of aircraft heavy maintenance. EmpowerMX FleetCycle® Production
Manager software, hangar floor PC workstations, wireless handheld
computing devices and advanced internet technology have been
deployed at six major airlines. Customers calculate that labor
efficiency gains of 10-30%, improved materials management,
efficient check flows and significantly lower turnaround times
have been achieved with implementation of this next generation
technology. EmpowerMX is applying the strengths of this solution
to products for execution of line and third-party MRO maintenance
operations.
A second solution, FleetCycle® Maintenance Program Manager,
was created to provide operators with an automated tool to
track all of the essential information and activities required
for maintenance of a single aircraft or a fleet. Real-time,
accurate data required to optimize maintenance program check
packages and increase flying-hour revenues are delivered to
customers through this solution.
Another early development project has been to address the
opportunity for long-term improvements in maintenance programs
and fleet asset management. The company has jointly developed
the FleetCycle® Reliability Manager product with a major
airline to allow the capture, analysis and reporting of fleet
reliability engineering information in a manner that may allow
major revamping of future maintenance program design, planning
and execution.
EmpowerMX is pursuing the development of additional maintenance
and engineering solutions addressing business requirements
in planning, training, tooling, technical content and data
warehousing.
