Rest and Relaxation: We provide a progressive "Paid Personal Time" program that gives employees ample time away. New hires are eligible for paid time off in their first year of employment.

Comprehensive Health Plan: We offer employees and their families comprehensive health insurance. New hires are eligible for coverage the first of the month following their date of hire.

Dental Plan: Our plan offers free preventative care for employees and their families and coverage for basic and major dental care.

401(k): We provide a 401(k) savings plan for all full-time and part-time employees. New hires can begin contributing to the plan in the first months of employment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We provide all employees and their family members access to a free “resource and referral” service. Services include psychological counseling, problem solving, legal assistance, elder care, among others.

Long Term Disability Insurance: Our plan provides income security for employees in the event of long-term illness or injury.

Short Term Disability Insurance: Our plan provides income security if an employee is ill or disabled for an extended period of time.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: Life insurance is provided to all employees at no cost.
